Along with the new Pet Pro website, we've made it easier for you to share your expert recommendation to feed TLC!
Here’s everything you need to know:
TLC is transitioning away from single Pet Pro coupon codes (the code you were given ending in ‘1025’ or ‘1050’), and minimizing our environmental ‘paw print’ by eliminating the paper coupons normally included in the TLC Puppy or Kitten Pack. Instead, all TLC Pet Pros have been provided a personalized web page on our retail website, tlcpetfood.com (the site where your pet parents buy their TLC). Instead of sharing your coupon code, you will share the URL to your personalized web page.
When your pet parents visit the web page and create a TLC account, they will automatically be linked to you as a referral. After visiting your web page, they will automatically receive $5 off after placing their first order with TLC. Once their order has been submitted, they will have access to claim their FREE gift.
To help with the transition, the single Pet Pro coupon codes are set to expire effective February 1, 2021, allowing your pet parents who have already received the code the ability to redeem them. You can begin sharing your personalized TLC webpage immediately! Simply copy and paste the URL below. You can also find your URL at any time by visiting ‘My Company’ here.

You can begin sharing your new URL immediately! Any pet parents who were previously given your '1025' coupon code will also receive $5 off and be linked to your account up until the transition has been complete and the coupons expire in January of 2022. You should begin sharing your URL with your network as soon as possible and STOP sharing your '1025' code.
Have even more control over your TLC web page using Breed Profiles
We’ve taken your Breed Profile and created a URL to your web page you can share with new pet parents who will be or have recently brought home a new pet. In addition to being linked to your Pet Pro account as a referral, receiving $5 off their order and being offered a free gift, visitors who use these URLs will see your custom web page and:
- Have the ability to schedule their first order with TLC so it arrives in time for homecoming
- Will see your recommended TLC Whole Life Pet Food formula based on breed
- Will see your recommended Autoship frequency based on breed

What else is new? Litter Manager is now Pet Manager!
We’ve taken the best parts of Litter Manager and made it even easier for you to share your expert recommendation to feed TLC! Used to sharing your recommendation through Litter Manager? You’ll find all of your litters and owners have been transitioned to Pet Manager. Pet parents added to Pet Manager will be directed right to your webpage according to the breed associated with the litter, similar to the way that Litter Manager worked.
